Who should join TeamFloral?
TeamFloral is not for everyone. Participating shop owners must be committed and ready to move their shop to the next level of success. For this commitment, members see an average increase in profit of $50,000 per year

Can I really make a 10 percent profit?
Absolutely. Many new members are underperforming when they join TeamFloral. In the very first meeting, you will see exactly what you need to do to achieve a 10 percent profit. You can reach that level within the first six months of membership.

I am already profitable. Is TeamFloral worthwhile?
Only if you want to grow. Once a member is profitable, the focus shifts to increasing sales through proven marketing strategies and real-world experience from other members. TeamFloral helps take the risk out of advertising and introduces you to dozens of easy and inexpensive ways to increase sales.

Will there be competitors in TeamFloral?
No. Membership is structured so that there will never be a competitor. When a shop joins, a 30-mile radius is closed to any new members.

Will my financial data be kept confidential?
Absolutely. Your financial data is only available to TeamFloral. We are bound by the confidentially standards of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants. Only ratio information is shared with your fellow cluster members.

I’ve been in business for 20 years. Can you really teach me anything?
Yes. TeamFloral provides a service that has not been available before. This benchmark data will help you fine-tune your performance in new and more powerful ways. The average TeamFloral member has 22 years of experience as a shop owner.

My financial records are not well organized. Can I still participate?
Yes. We do not expect that you will have perfect financial records, after all you are busy running an active shop. We can take extract the data we need from your reports.

I don’t want one of those “know it all” owners in my group.
Neither do we. Virtually all of the members in TeamFloral are bright, aggressive and successful business owners who join so they can learn new ideas. Keep in mind that participation is by invitation only and members that are not contributing can be uninvited at any time.
