TeamFloral members range in size from $300,000 per year to $7 million. The average shop is $1.2 million and one-third of the members are under $1 million in annual sales.

I have a very unique shop. We only handle special events. Will I be able to relate and benefit from this service?
Yes. Many of TeamFloral members have niche areas or an entire shop dedicated to one type of business. You will find that there is more than enough common ground to make data comparison and idea sharing profitable.

We have multiple locations. Can I still participate?.
Of course. We have many members with multiple locations.

Do I need any special equipment for the phone/Web conferences?
No. You will call a toll-free number and log onto a Web site from any computer that has access to the Internet.

I have a CPA. Do I need TeamFloral?
Your CPA is an expert on the past — ensuring that your records reflect what happened and preparing tax returns that match those records. TeamFloral is a consulting service that focuses on your future — getting you to 10 percent profitability and then increasing your sales.

How much time does it take to participate in TeamFloral?
You can expect to spend about 2 hours per month meeting with your consultant and your cluster group members. Any more time than that is up to you. Current members find that participating in TeamFloral discussions and browsing the Member Web site is a huge timesaver because they quickly and easily get solutions for important issues facing their business.

Can I really get my money back?
Absolutely. A full refund is available to any member that participates for six months and has not either made or saved the membership cost.
