Rich Salvaggio AIFD, PFCI, AAF, is one of the brightest leaders in our industry today. As Teleflora's Vice-President of Industry Relations and Floral Publications, he is a key architect in shaping the future of floral retailing. A former president of AIFD, Rich has received numerous awards and distinctions. He has authored three books, is publisher of Flowers& magazine, and is recognized as one of the industry's most talented designers.

Paul Goodman, MBA, CPA, is the floral industry’s leading authority on accounting and profitability practices. He is the founder and editor of Floral Finance, the industry’s most respected financial publication. He wrote The Profit Minded Florist and developed a leading floral software accounting package. In his consulting practice, Paul has helped thousands of florists increase their profitability. Paul holds an MBA from Stanford University.

Ed Paulson, MBA, is the best-selling author of 16 books, including one of the most popular business books ever: The Complete Idiots’ Guide to Starting Your Own Business, now in its fourth edition. Ed is a university professor and a seasoned entrepreneur with 25 years of management experience, focusing on uncovering and solving small business issues.

Tom Bowling, AIFD, PFCI, is a 25-year veteran of the floral business who commands one of its most successful consulting practices with clients in manufacturing, growing, and wholesaling. Tom holds an MA in education and has operated a retail shop, a design school, and has worked for a major wholesaler. He is a remarkable right-brained businessman with the unusual savvy to combine the two in his consultations and teaching.
